Bucket Wheel Machine Lubrication System

Brief Introduction:

Bucket wheel machine is a key equipment in the material system of blast furnace plant. To replace manual lubrication and guarantee the grease supply for each lube point, we designed automated lubrication system with 86 lube points for 3 bucket wheel machines.

Equipment：

Smart lubrication system, including monitoring and controlling system, one centralized controlling machine, 2 grease pumps, 22 smart distributor, pipe and accessories

Fangda Special Steel of Science and Technology Co., Ltd, specialized in steel production, have cooperated with us since 2015. We provide lubrication solution for the bucket wheel, stacker, transfer station in their production line.
